Thirty four years ago, experienced camper and RV enthusiast Bob Silva decided to find a way to share the joy of camping experiences with the community. Since its inception, the fifteen-acre plot of land adjoining Cold Springs RV Center, known as Cold Springs Camp Resort, has expanded to one hundred eighty acres.
