Here is a rare opportunity, We have an immediate opening on our sales team for a full time, year round salesperson to join our family, we have 4 sales specialists right now and we are looking for that special 5th person to complete the team. We don't over stack our sales floor with sales people, 5 is the max! 

We have been in business since 1978 and sell all forms of RV's from pop-ups to park models, motor homes, travel trailers and 5th wheels both New and Preowned, we carry a pretty extensive inventory throughout the season. 

We average 500-600 sales annually. We are a "Destination Dealer". We have our own 400+ site Camp Resort, State of the Art Service Center, State of the Art Paint & Body Shop, very progressive and always growing! 

The right candidate should have sales experience, RV sales experience is preferred but we will train the right person. 

Sales experience in any form of vehicle sales or power sports is required. 

Must be personable, outgoing, energetic, possess great communication skills and work well in a team environment but also be independently motivated, you should also be very customer service oriented. 

The right candidate should know their way around a computer with basic computer skills and be familiar with social media.

F&I (BUSINESS) MANAGER

Cold Springs RV is family owned and a leading retailer in the RV market, and  has an immediate opening for a top performing F&I Manager. A lot of people make the move from the Auto industry to the RV industry and experience rapid success. We average 400-500 unit sales each year and have a solo Finance Manager business office. 

People make the move to RVs for three main reasons.

1. It is a quick transition, the RV dealership environment is very similar to Auto.

2. The hours are less grueling and as a result our people enjoy a nice work-life balance. 8:30 - 5 pm. With a 5 day work week

With income potential up to 200k per year at 40 hours per week. a little more during the busy season and show season.

PARTS / STORE MANAGER

We are seeking an enthusiastic, goal-oriented person who can work in a fast-paced recreational vehicle parts store, who is responsible for all aspects of store operations. Staffs, trains and develops a team to deliver supply and demands to our customers and service department, while maintaining a friendly, easy to shop environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Any candidate that possesses the following qualities:

• At least one year experience in a managerial role

• Ability to multitask and extreme attention to detail

• Inventory Management experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work interdepartmentally to reach a common goal

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Service Technician – Recreational Vehicles

RV techs know a little bit about everything—electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, etc. If you can do any one of these, we’ll teach you the rest! To get started as a new RV tech in our dealership, you don’t need specific RV experience. But you do need to be handy, dedicated, responsible and professional. We run an honest shop and need honest, hard-working techs who see the value in a good day’s work for good a day’s pay. Come and join the team over at our new standalone state of the art service facility!

Job Responsibilities:

• Examine and diagnose RV problems
• Discuss repairs with shop foreman or RV service advisor
• Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor
• Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman
• Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor
• Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation
• Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
• Assist in mentoring RV technician trainees
• Attend company and factory training
• Keep current with factory technical bulletins
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste)

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Operator Driver's License & State Inspection License

POSITION IS MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:30-5:00
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 / year OR MORE YEARLY BASED ON CERTIFICATIONS.
Hourly Shop with Production Bonus - (Production bonus paid out each pay period)
Sign on Bonus - $2,500. (After 90 days of employment)

SERVICE TECHS, ENTRY LEVEL & CERTIFIED

CERTIFIED RV TECHNICIANS

will have basic knowledge of some of the following skills like, 12v and 110v electrical, plumbing, LP Systems, appliances, carpentry, etc and we will train for the RV Field. Must have own basic tools

DETAILER / CLEANER

We are looking for a person to clean RV exteriors & interiors for retail delivery for new and preowned trailers and motorhomes. Who will also be responsible for a variety of housekeeping duties around the dealership. Must be energetic with good attention to details.
